We were seeing a mouse in our home about once a week and we have 2 cats! After Affinity 1st visit, did not see any signs of mice. They came back for a follow up and did even more to ensure we can keep mice out of our home. The technician was thorough and explained all the means he was using very well. We felt impressed with this service from the receptionist to the service completion.

Michael communicated very quickly after sending a message to Affinity. They were able to get me on the schedule the next day!
Andrew was terrific as well. He explained all of the treatments for the initial service and went over the maintenance piece as well. Got rid of all the ancient spider webs and hopefully we won't have anymore ants coming around. Thanks guys!
